I am a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor, which means I draw from different therapeutic models and techniques depending on the client’s needs and the context of the therapy.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I follow their ethical guidelines to ensure that our work together is safe, respectful, and always in your best interest.
I trained at the CPPD School of Counselling in London and am deeply committed to continuous professional development, so that I can offer my clients the best possible care throughout our sessions.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting many clients through their personal challenges and achieving their goals. Alongside my private practice, I have worked in the NHS and with various charities, where I supported women affected by domestic violence.
I became a theraputic c ounsellor because I am passionate about helping people live their best lives.
